Before meeting any renovators for discussions, you will need to have your floor plan. This is to ensure accurate understanding of the space for productive layout discussion and precise quotation.
Built-To-Order (BTO) floor plans are available to download for free via HDB website.
How To Download Your BTO Floor Plan?
Step 1
Login to HDB portal via SingPass
Step 2
Go to "My Flat", followed by "Application Status"
Step 3
Click on "New Flat"
Step 4
Click on the highlighted Ref/Reg no.
Step 5
Scroll down to "Floor Plan" and click "View the Floor Plan".
From there, you should be able to download the soft copy of your floor plan.

Nobody Around Us Could Recommend a Good ID
It was almost like they didn’t exist - so we started our search on Google. They also provided critical tips that will help make our renovation journey a successful one. Although our Reno work have not begun we know that clear communication works best and we can always count on HomeMatch should we need them again.
