Before meeting any renovators for discussions, you will need to have your floor plan. This is to ensure accurate understanding of the space for productive layout discussion and precise quotation.

HDB floor plans are available to download via HDB website.

A fee of $5 (inclusive of GST) applies for each specific address you search and download the plan for.

Step 1

Login to HDB portal via SingPass

Step 2

You will be directed to fill in your particulars, mode of delivery, details of floor plan you’re looking to purchase and mode of payment

❗Do note that: Not all floor plans are readily available. If not available, it may take up to 3 working days to receive them.

You will be asked to double confirm all details before proceeding to payment.

Step 4

You should be able to download the soft copy of your floor plan according to the mode of delivery you chose.
