HomeMatch Event Terms & Conditions

1. Grab Voucher Eligibility
 - Submit an RSVP and receive confirmation of an event slot before attending. Limited to first-time attendees and one redemption per household.
- Have a key collection date within the next nine month.
- Complete the required consultations stated on the event website or communicated by HomeMatch during the event. Each consultation must last at least 30 minutes.
- Complete the post-event feedback survey
- HomeMatch may verify a participant's proof of property ownership before issuing vouchers.

2. Event-Only Deals
- Event-only deals are offered and fulfilled directly by the respective participating firms.
- The inclusions, exclusions, validity periods and redemption requirements are determined by each firm and may differ.
- Homeowners should confirm the final deal and ensure all agreed terms are recorded in writing before engaging a firm.

3. Payment Protections and Engagement with Participating Firms
- All participating firms are CaseTrust-accredited and are required to comply with the applicable CaseTrust requirements, including participating in mediation for unresolved disputes. Initial deposit payments are protected by the firm’s deposit performance bond in the event of its closure, winding up or liquidation before work starts.
- Homeowners who engage a firm and project eligible for the HomeMatch S$1 Million Protection may receive additional protection against firm closure, unfinished works and major delays, up to S$150,000 per eligible project.
- HomeMatch facilitates introductions between homeowners and participating firms. Any renovation contract is entered into directly between the homeowner and the selected firm. HomeMatch will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, defect, incomplete work or dispute arising from the acts, omissions or services of a participating firm.
