Special Thanks:
Before meeting any renovators for discussions, you will need to have your floor plan. This is to ensure accurate understanding of the space for productive layout discussion and precise quotation.
Here are several ways you can get your hands on a condo floor plan.
1. Check the Official Condo Website
Start by searching for your condo development online. Many modern developments have dedicated websites, and you’ll often find downloadable floor plans listed there.
2. Browse Property Listing Platforms
Popular property portals like PropertyGuru and 99.co provide a wealth of information about specific condo projects. Floor plans, unit sizes, etc. are often included in the listings. Just search for your development name and explore the project page.
3. Contact MCST, Developer, or Agent
Another option is to reach out to your condo’s Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST). They might hold archives of the development's floor plans. Alternatively, if you're in touch with the original developer or a property agent familiar with the project, they may also be able to provide you with a copy.
4. Purchase from Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
If all else fails, you can buy the official floor plan through the BCA’s Plan Purchasing System (PPS). This method is particularly useful for older developments or rare layouts not readily found online.
- Search fee: $45.00 per address
- Plan Purchase Fee: $65.00 per plan
❗Do note that: Both prices are inclusive of GST. (Info retrieve directly from BCA’s website and accurate as of 23/04/2025)
